Healing Herizons Foundation Inc. is an Ohio-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, led by women and dedicated to supporting women through crisis relief, maternal support, wellness programs, and community rebuilding.
Founded by Dr. Marion Johnson, DNP, RN, a mental health nurse and wellness leader, the Foundation brings together professionals, community leaders, and volunteers to create meaningful, sustainable impact.
Our Mission: Healing Herizons Foundation Inc. empowers women at every stage of life through crisis relief, maternal support, wellness programs, and community rebuilding. When women heal, communities heal.
Governance
Healing Herizons Foundation Inc. is governed by a Director serving as the Board of Directors, in accordance with the organization’s Bylaws and Ohio Nonprofit Law. The Director provides fiduciary oversight, ensures compliance, and guides the organization in furtherance of its charitable mission. Governing documents and policies are available below.
IRS Form 990: Healing Herizons Foundation Inc. makes its IRS Form 990 and related public financial documents available upon request.
Charitable Solicitation Registration (Ohio): Healing Herizons Foundation Inc. is registered to solicit charitable contributions in the State of Ohio and remains in good standing with the Ohio Attorney General’s Charitable Law Section.
